Affiliate Disclosure

1. The short version

Lekito Marketing is a media buyer. We are paid commissions by advertisers and by affiliate networks when the campaigns we run produce a sale or a qualified lead. We do not manufacture, own, stock, ship, sell or support any of the products or services featured in those campaigns.

If you bought something after seeing an advertisement, your purchase contract is with the seller of that product — not with us. The rest of this page sets out what that means in practice.

Affiliate marketing is not a service we sell to clients. It is part of how this company earns its own revenue, and we publish these details in the interest of transparency rather than to solicit business. A plain-language overview is on our Affiliate Marketing information page.

2. How we are compensated

Our affiliate revenue is performance-based. We are paid only when a transaction we referred completes and is accepted by the advertiser, according to the terms of the relevant network or direct agreement. Compensation may take the form of a revenue share on the sale value, a fixed amount per sale, a fixed amount per qualified lead or form submission, or a payment per qualified inbound call.

Two consequences follow, and we would rather state them than leave them to be inferred.

We have a financial interest in the products we advertise. When you see advertising we have produced, it is not disinterested editorial content. It is advertising, placed by a party that is paid if you buy. That is true of all affiliate marketing, and it is the material connection this disclosure exists to make plain.

We carry the cost and the risk of the media. Nobody pays us a fee to run these campaigns. We spend our own budget buying the advertising, and if a campaign does not produce accepted transactions, we absorb that loss. This is worth knowing because it shapes our incentives: a refunded sale, a chargeback or a banned ad account costs us directly, which is why we avoid claims a product cannot support and why we work inside platform advertising policies rather than around them.

We are not compensated for the mere fact of publishing an advertisement, for impressions, or for clicks that do not convert, except where a specific direct agreement provides otherwise.

3. What we are not paid for, and what we do not do

To remove any ambiguity about the scope of this business:

• We do not sell affiliate marketing as a service. We do not manage affiliate programmes for other companies, provide affiliate consulting, sell affiliate training or courses, or recruit affiliates.
• We do not broker, resell or arbitrage other people's traffic, and we do not operate a sub-affiliate network.
• We do not buy, sell, rent or trade consumer data or lead lists.
• We do not send unsolicited commercial email or SMS, and we do not engage vendors who do.
• We do not use cloaking, doorway pages, misrepresented landing pages or any technique intended to show a reviewer something different from what a consumer sees.
• We do not operate fake news pages, fabricated testimonials, invented expert endorsements or impersonations of real people, publications or organisations.

4. Networks and partners we work through

We operate as an affiliate through third-party affiliate networks and, in some cases, directly with advertisers. The networks we work with include, but are not limited to:

• ClickBank
• Digistore24
• BuyGoods
• Madrivo

This list changes as relationships begin and end, and naming a network here is not an endorsement of it, nor does it imply any partnership, sponsorship or approval by that network beyond an ordinary affiliate relationship. Each network operates under its own terms and its own privacy and compliance policies.

It is worth being clear about who does what in this chain, because consumers frequently contact the wrong party:

• The advertiser owns the product, sets the price, writes the offer terms, controls the checkout and fulfilment, and is responsible for the accuracy of its product claims.
• The network provides the tracking infrastructure, sets and enforces the rules affiliates must follow, and handles payment between advertiser and affiliate. In many arrangements the network or its designated entity is also the merchant of record on the consumer's card statement.
• Lekito Marketing, as the affiliate, produces advertising and buys media to promote the offer. We are paid a commission on accepted results.

We are only ever the third of these. We are never the network and never the advertiser.

5. We are not the seller or merchant of record

For every product or service advertised in a campaign we run, the seller, merchant of record and party responsible for the transaction is the advertiser or the network's designated merchant — not Lekito Marketing. Specifically, we are not responsible for and have no control over:

• processing your payment, or the descriptor that appears on your statement;
• fulfilment, shipping, delivery or the condition of goods received;
• refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, returns or billing disputes;
• subscription or rebill terms, renewals and cancellation procedures;
• customer service, order status or account management;
• product formulation, manufacturing, ingredients, labelling or quality;
• guarantees, warranties or satisfaction policies offered by the seller.

If you need a refund, a cancellation, order support or help with a charge, contact the seller or the network shown on your receipt and on your payment statement. Lekito Marketing cannot issue refunds, cancel subscriptions or alter orders for products we did not sell, because we have no access to those systems.

We will always try to point you in the right direction. If you are not sure who to contact, write to us at [email protected] with the name of the product and the descriptor on your statement, and we will tell you which merchant handled the sale. We will do this promptly and at no charge, and we would rather you asked us than gave up — but please understand that identifying the correct merchant is the limit of what we are able to do, because we hold no order records, no customer accounts and no access to any seller's billing system.

Two practical notes. First, the descriptor on your card statement is usually the fastest way to identify the seller — it is often the network's billing entity rather than the product's brand name, which is why a charge can look unfamiliar. Second, if you believe a charge is fraudulent rather than simply unwanted, contact your bank or card issuer directly as well as the seller.

6. Lekito Marketing does not sell products to consumers

No product, supplement, programme or service is sold through this website. This site describes the services we provide to businesses — advertisers, affiliate networks and content creators. It does not take consumer orders and it does not process consumer payments.

Where this website refers to categories such as health and wellness, supplements, financial services, insurance or consumer products, those references describe the verticals in which we buy media on behalf of advertisers. They do not describe products owned, formulated, supplied or warranted by Lekito Marketing.

7. Claims made in advertising

Advertising claims about a product originate with the advertiser and must be substantiated by the advertiser, who is responsible for the accuracy of its own product representations. We require advertisers we work with to be able to support the claims in their funnels, and we build campaigns inside the advertising policies of the platforms we buy on, but we are not the substantiating party and we do not independently verify manufacturing, testing or regulatory status.

Nothing in any campaign we run, and nothing on this website, is medical, health, financial, legal or tax advice. Statements about supplements and health-related products have not been evaluated by any regulatory authority and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified professional before acting on marketing content of any kind.

8. Content on this website

This website does not contain affiliate links, referral links or tracking links to consumer offers. It is a corporate website describing our company and its services. This disclosure exists because our business model is commission-based, and we believe that should be stated plainly and publicly rather than buried.

Where our advertising appears elsewhere — on YouTube, Meta, TikTok, native networks or other placements — it is paid advertising, is labelled as such by the platform, and is subject to that platform's own advertising policies and disclosure requirements.

9. Regulatory basis for this disclosure

This disclosure is published in the spirit of the United States Federal Trade Commission's guidance on endorsements, testimonials and material connections — which asks that any material connection between an advertiser and the party promoting a product be disclosed clearly and conspicuously — and of comparable consumer-protection and advertising-disclosure rules in the other jurisdictions in which our advertising is served.

Our material connection is straightforward and is stated above: we are paid a commission when advertising we produce results in a sale or a qualified lead. Where local law requires a more specific or more prominent disclosure than the one given here, that local requirement applies and takes precedence over this page.

We also operate under the advertising policies of the platforms we buy on, including Google and YouTube, Meta, TikTok and the native networks we work with. Where a platform's policy is stricter than the applicable law, we follow the platform's policy.

10. Complaints and reporting a problem

If you have seen advertising you believe originated with us and consider it misleading, non-compliant or otherwise objectionable, we want to hear about it directly rather than have it sit unaddressed. Email [email protected] with the placement, the platform and, if possible, a screenshot or the advertisement's URL. We review every such report.

Please note that a great deal of advertising circulates using product names we also promote but which we did not produce and have no involvement in. If the advertisement is not ours we will say so plainly, and where we can, we will tell you who to report it to instead — ordinarily the platform hosting it or the network managing the offer.

11. Creator partnerships

Our creator partnerships operate on a different basis from our affiliate work. In those arrangements we build and operate a digital product jointly with a content creator and share in the revenue that product generates under a written agreement. Where Lekito Marketing or a partnership entity is the seller of such a product, the applicable refund, cancellation and support terms are published at the point of sale for that product and are handled by whoever is named there as the merchant of record. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell any such product.

12. No guarantee of results

Nothing in this disclosure should be read as a promise of any outcome, financial or otherwise, from any product advertised or from any engagement with us. See our Earnings Disclaimer, which applies in full.
